It’s so easy to book an appointment with us - whether you’re using our smartphone app or booking via our website. Browse our looks.You can find details of all of our looks beneath their main image, and for tips and advice on choosing a look you can find plenty of inspiration and guidance on our blog. Once you have chosen your look, simply click or tap the Book Now button. This takes you to the booking screen if you are already signed in – if not, you’ll need to sign in or register with us, which is a quick and easy process. Now you’ll see a list of available professionals in your area. You choose the time and date, so only those with availability will show in your list. Simply pick your artist (you can check out their profile before you decide) then continue to confirm your appointment. To confirm your appointment simply select your make-up artist and/or hair stylist and click to confirm. Ensure the time, date, location of appointment and look are all correct before proceeding. Once payment is received your booking will be automatically confirmed via email, text or our smartphone app. Now you’re all set to BeGlam!
You might book your appointment and then realise you need to change it for an alternate day or time. That’s fine – as long as you notify us in plenty of time (see Terms and Conditions or Cancellations and Refunds for further details). It is not possible to amend an appointment – however you can cancel your appointment (as per the above guidelines) and re-book at a time which is more convenient for you. Be aware that you may not be able to select the same artist for your new booking, as they may already have been confirmed with another client for your desired date and time. Sometimes, life gets in the way and we have to cancel appointments. That’s okay, as long as you are within the set time limits and criteria of our cancellation policy. Cancellations fees are charged as follows: Cancellations made more than 4 hours before the appointment: No charge Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee at 50% of the cost of your beauty service applies Cancellation made less than 2 hours before the appointment: A cancellation fee at 100% of the cost of your beauty service applies If you cancel your appointment within 10 minutes of making a booking through our website, there will be no cancellation charge applicable.
We’re confident that you’ll love your look – so we provide a discretionary 14-day money back guarantee to all our clients. If you are unhappy with your service and would like a refund, please get in touch to let us know. If you wish to make use of our guarantee following the completion of a service booked through the website, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org providing full details of why you were dissatisfied with the service booked. If you are eligible we will then provide you with a full or partial refund within 14 days. Our guarantee policy is issued in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
If you need to change your account details at any time, it’s quick and easy to do so. Simply click on the ‘Account Details’ tab at the top of the site – this will enable you to change your personal details and address.
Forgotten your password? No problem. You can reset your password via our login page, where you’ll find a ‘Reset Password’ link. Simply click on the link and an email will be sent to your registered email address containing a new password. We recommend that you then change your password to something memorable and secure.

Our earliest appointment available is 8am, and the latest is 9pm. Remember that looks take around an hour to complete, so if your booking is at 9pm, you’ll be party ready by 10. For bridal and special occasions our set times can be amended - please contact us for further information.
Are all BeGlam artists qualified and approved? We ensure that every single one of our professionals is fully trained in their field and has plenty of experience in the industry. When make-up artists and hair stylists sign up with us they are subject to a strict interview and vetting process which requires them to present us with proof of insurance, legal eligibility to work in the UK and examples of previous work. They also must pass our specially-devised make-up test and provide testimonials and references. This way we know that only the best in the business are taking care of you. You can see credentials for each individual artist on their BeGlam profile underneath their About section. Here you can view their qualifications and take a look at examples of their previous work before you book.
Once you’ve chosen your booking you’ll be notified of its confirmation via your preferred contact method. If you are using our text notification service or Smartphone app, a notification will pop up on your screen to let you know that your booking has been confirmed and accepted.
